# Privacy Policy

## Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you submit an evaluation form or partner inquiry: name, email address, phone number, property address, and geothermal system details (including system capacity, installation date, fuel type replaced, and brand/model). We do not sell personal information to third parties.

## How We Use It

We use the information you provide to assess GREC eligibility, register your geothermal system with the appropriate state authority and tracking system (PJM-GATS or NEPOOL-GIS), communicate about program updates and market conditions, and process payments for GREC sales.
